It is important that you find out what the policy on CLEP exams are at the college you plan to attend before you take the test. The easiest and most effective way to do this is to call up or visit the college you are planning on attending and check what their policy is on the CLEP exam.

This sometimes brings up the schools policy page where you can learn if they accept CLEP credits and also how many you can take at once. If you already have the school entry book then the policy is sometime listed under guidelines within the book.
